Restrictions for Purchase of Patrick Henry District Service Patch

1. A person must be a registered member of P.H.D.O.A
2. Service rendered prior to issuance of this patch are not applicable.
3. Number of Patches that can be purchased are as follows:

1st. Patch - For attaining Brotherhood Honor
2nd. Patch - For attaining Vigil Honor

NOTE: Not more than two patches may be earned in 1 calendar year.

Additional patches may be attained in the following manner upon
approval of the patch committee:

a) For serving a full year as a district or lodge officer.
b) For 10 hours of cheerful service to the lodge or district at not more than 3 nor
less than 2 functions in 1 calendar year as submitted by committee chairman.
c) For perfect attendance at all District or Lodge functions in 1 calendar year.
(Including district meetings) as submitted by district secretary
d) Adults can obtain 1 patch in any of the above ways or also by attending
50% of all district functions.

District functions are defined as:
1) Any Lodge fellowship or Lodge meeting
2) District camporees and outings
3) Council shows and camporees
4) Any area pow-wow or National Conference of the O.A.
5) Any other functions approved by the District
