P1 is also made of a different material than P2 or P3.
Some P1 neckerchiefs will have holes near the end
of the neckerchief, these holes were made by members who attended a Pow Wow, and in order to wear both the Pow Wow necklace, and their lodge neckerchief they punched small holes for the necklace.
