The Blue Book lists Koo Koo Ku Hoo Lodge as having released two Jacket patches, with the only difference in the two patches being the O's are squared in J1B. Lodge members attest to their being only one factory order and loom run of the patches. Research into the matter has revealed that the squared "O"s are due to factory repairs on some of the patches before they were delivered to the Lodge.
