This set was issued in 2000 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of High Knoll,
the 50th anniversary of Camp Powhatan, and the 85th anniversary
of scouting in the Blue Ridge Mountains Council area.
Emblems highlighted in red were sold at both camps.

In 2000 a special celebration was held at Camp Powhatan. A time capsule buried
there in 1975 was opened and a new capsule buried.
The below patches were issued only to attendees of that ceremony.
