New River Adventure Program
A unique adventure program designed for older Scouts. The New River Adventure combines in one action-packed week the teamwork, leadership, and confidence building experience of the COPE Course program with the thrills, skills, and challenges of a whitewater rafting trip on the New River Gorge in West Virginia (the biggest whitewater on the East Coast!), a whitewater
canoeing trip on the New River, a caving trip in one of the fascinating caves of the New River Valley, and climbing and
rappelling.
