This patch was purchased on Ebay.
This patch was not an official issue of the council, nor is it listed in the CSP guide. The patch matches SA-12 & SA-13 and would fit in that "mini-series". Based on discussions we feel this patch is either a fake, factory sample, or was meant to be issued but never was. This example is the only one known to be in existence.
