Camp Powhatan was previously the site of Area 3-C Pow Wows in 1957, 1963, and 1968 – all hosted by Powhatan Lodge 456. Tutelo Lodge hosted the 1975 SE-1 Conclave, the 1986 and 1993 SE-8 Conclaves, and SR-7A Conclaves in 1998, 2004, 2010, and 2016.
