Blue Heron 349 issues pair of 2013 Jamboree flaps

Blue Heron Lodge 349 of Norfolk, VA issued two flaps immediately prior to the recently concluded 2013 National Scout Jamboree held at the new Bechtel Scouting Reserve in Mount Hope, WV.

Each flap features a Blue Heron appearing as President in front of the White House. The staff version has a red, white, and blue border, while the trader version has a solid red border. The Lodge flap design depicting the Commander in Chief corresponds to the special Jamboree shoulder patch set  issued by Tidewater Council that celebrates military traditions.
