Blue Heron issues 2015 NOAC Fundraiser flaps

Blue Heron Lodge 349 of Norfolk, VA has issued a pair of flaps to raise funds to attend the 2015 National Order of the Arrow Conference. Each features their standard flap design ghosted into a single color flap patch (yellow or green) with contrasting lettering (green and yellow). Similar single color ghost versions of the standard flap with contrasting lettering were used for 2009 NOAC flaps (light pink and pale green) and the 2012 NOAC (bright orange and turquoise blue).
